just to update i've been trying for the past week to have around 500 cals a day so that when I start SHD next week I will actually see results. I'm afraid if I restrict too much that I'll only gain weight and I obviously don't want that.
the roomies are going to BW3s in a little bit but I'm staying behind because first of all I'm not a fan of wings and second, there are absolutely no healthy choices there. But Becky, my thin thin thin roommate is going to BW3s and even though shes eating gross food, it probably won't affect her body at all-bitch! I'm so sick of competing w/her! And then she will talk about the tire around her stomach and her "beer belly" when she seriously can't even grab any extra skin around her stomach! ewww she needs to stop!
alright...going to do some crunches. Thinkin thin as always...

she only complains that she's fat b/c she wants everyone to tell her how skinny she is... true ANAs don't need to be told... we do it for ourselves, not for recognition from the outside world...

But anyway, what are your other stats? My HW (nonpregnant) is 155, normal weight is 145, and LW is 126.5 which is also my CW (yea! finally broke 130!). I never have been "fat" but I loooooove being skinny!
